How can we help you?

You can cancel anytime, in a few clicks, from My Subscription. Log in with the email you used at checkout, open your subscription and choose Cancel subscription. There are no fees and no commitment.

Before you cancel: most dogs need 3 months of daily use to get lasting results. If you have too much product at home, you can skip a delivery or space out your deliveries instead.

Most of the time, this is a subscription renewal. When you chose Subscribe & Save at checkout, your refills ship automatically at the frequency you picked, with 15% off and free shipping.

Log in to My Subscription and click Skip on your next delivery. Your subscription carries on as normal afterwards.

This usually happens when you log in with a different email from the one used at checkout. Try the email shown on your order confirmation.

Still nothing? Send us your order number at hello@pawhealthlabs.com and we'll find it and fix it for you.

Plan for 3 months of daily use. That's how long it takes to get real, lasting results, and it's what vets recommend.

• Weeks 1–2: fresher breath, the first change most owners notice.
• Weeks 4–8: gums look less inflamed and plaque starts to soften.
• Month 3: the full result. Tartar took months to build up, so it takes a few months to break back down.

The secret is consistency: use it every single day. Stopping after a few weeks is the most common reason owners don't see the full difference. That's also why our guarantee lasts 90 days.

You don't need to scrub to break down plaque, you need the right ingredients doing the work. DentaClean targets the bacteria that cause buildup and bad breath, and keeps working every time your dog eats, drinks or chews. No brushing, no holding their mouth open.

Yes. We chose natural, high-quality ingredients so our products are both effective and gentle. DentaClean is made to be swallowed and used every day.

You can start from 6 months old if your puppy shows early signs of dental problems. For preventive use, we suggest starting around 1 year of age.

Our products are gentle and generally well tolerated, even by dogs with health issues. If your dog has a specific condition, contact us first or check with your vet to be completely sure.

You'll find the full ingredient list on each product page and on the label. We only use ingredients chosen to be effective and gentle for daily use.

Keep it closed, in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

It's a daily routine product. Like brushing for us, it works best when used every day, and you'll see the full result after about 3 months. It doesn't replace your vet's advice: if your dog has a dental problem, a check-up is always a good idea.

You're covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee. We made it 90 days on purpose: it takes about 3 months of daily use to see the full result. Fewer than 1% of owners ask for a refund, because consistency really pays off.

Email us at hello@pawhealthlabs.com with your order number and a few words about your dog's experience. We'll take care of it and guide you through the next steps.
